The print run in such a short time can be from 5,000 to 10,000 copies, depending on the number of sheets, but you can certainly count on a standard paperback book with about 140 pages of book block and plastic cover to be ready within 24 hours!
How is that possible?
In three steps:
Step 1 – Print
Upon confirmation of preparation, the B1 octagonal offset machine KBA Rapida 106-8 SW4 SPC will print your book block within an hour (note that its speed is 8,000-18,000 prints per hour, double-sided in full color), and your book block will be ready for the second step.
Step 2 – bending
The quires are fit into HORIZON AFC-746F quire bending machines and since we have several bending machines, all quires will be bent within two hours.
Step 3 – paperback line
Our SIGLOCH/KOLBUS automatic paperback line with 16 loading stations with HOT MELT and PUR glue gluing options and a capacity of 3,000 to 5,000 books bound per hour will complete your publication in less than two hours.
And that’s it. With other accompanying actions (cover, collection, transfer, packaging) you can have your publication ready for delivery in less than 24 hours. Amazing, isn’t it?
